The Domaine de la Chaumière is also the Manoir de la Plage, a guests house with 6 chic and cozy rooms. Our two houses, spread over 5 hectares, have access to the beach and a view of the Seine estuary. A haven of peace just close to Honfleur!

We offer you a direct access from your room to the beach of Vasouy. You can even walk to Honfleur by the beach.

In the main house are nine bedrooms, all different, decorated to suit all tastes: a combination of wood and slate, sanded beams, top-of-the-range bedding, natural linen from Couleur Chanvre, and some even have a private terrace where you can curl up with a glass of champagne.

Don't forget La Bergerie, our detached cottage, with its panoramic sea views and warm, authentic decor.

And we also offer a PRM-accessible room as part of Le Manoir, making a total of 11 rooms.

A family story...

In 1979, Marie-Pier's parents, Roland and Michèle Boelen, moved into this late 17th-century Normandy estate. In 1993, they transformed their family home into a hotel. In 2011, Marie-Pier took over the management.

Accompanied by her three children: Andréa, Louis and Elisa, she has turned La Chaumière into a friendly family place. A place where cats and dogs can roam freely.
